February 2020 revenue delivery
Dear Investors,
YG Group hereby announce its consolidated revenue of NT$86 million for February 2020.This represents a decrease of 81.6% Month-over-Month（MoM）and a decrease of 63.4% Year-over-Year（YoY）.In terms of shipments，in February we delivered 2,032 tons，a decrease of 79.5% MoM and a decrease of 63.4% YoY.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak，YG Group's operations resumption were postponed，and the number of working days decreased significantly，resulting in a significant reduction in revenue and output.Facing the severe effects the outbreak, YG Group's revenue will be impacted in the near future.However，with the gradual increase in the production capacity of our factories in Mainland China,we expect that in March we will be able to recover to 70% of our normal production capacity and gradually improve afterwards. It is expected that the revenue of the first quarter of 2020 will be greatly affected by the COVID-19 situation.
