  YG Group announced its consolidated revenue of NT$832 million for September 2020. This represents an increase of 4.42% Month-over-Month (MoM) and an increase of 10.44% Year-over-Year (YoY). In terms of shipment, we delivered 17,661 tons in September, an increase of 2.63% MoM and an increase of 11.76% YoY.

This month¡¯s shipments benefited from strong global wind power market demand, thus our revenue and shipments reached new highs since Yeong Guan¡¯s listing. Looking forward to October, taking into account the October holiday in mainland China, the number of working days will decrease, which will have a small impact on shipments in this month. Yeong Guan¡¯s wind power customer orders continued to maintain a normal level, some of the customers from the industrial machinery sector have small increase in demand, and the injection molding machine industry customer demand remained stable.

Consolidated revenue in the third quarter of 2020 was NT$2.431 billion, QoQ 13.81%; YoY 12.10%. The quarterly tonnage shipped was 52,370 tons, QoQ 13.04%; YoY 15.77%.

Consolidated revenue for the first three quarters of 2020 was NT$5.696 billion, YoY 0.45%. The tonnage shipped in the first three quarters was 122,920 tons, YoY 3.73%. Revenue from renewable energy, injection molding machines and industrial machinery in the first three quarters of 2020 were NT$1.77 billion (YoY 37.4%), NT$283 million (YoY -21.9%), and NT$377 million (YoY -27.1%), respectively.
