May 2021 revenue ａnd shipment overview
Dear Investors,
YG Group announced its consolidated revenue of NT$678 million for May 2021. This represents a decrease of 12.7% Month-over-Month (MoM) and a decrease of 3.3% Year-over-Year (YoY). In terms of the shipment, we delivered 15,556 tons in May, a decrease of 8.8% MoM and an increase of 1.9% YoY.
Shipment being lower in May compared with April is mainly due to seaport congestion and container shortages which slightly affected exports. Looking forward to June, the normal demand for wind power coupled with the continued recovery in demand for injection molding machines and industrial machinery, we shipments are expected to remain stable.
