Dear Investors,

YG Group announced its consolidated revenue of NT$688 million for April 2022. This represents an increase of 1.17% Month-over-Month (MoM) and a decrease of 11.52% Year-over-Year (YoY). In terms of the shipment volume, we delivered 13,704 tons in April, an increase of 0.38% MoM and a decrease of 19.68% YoY. The lower-than-expected revenue and shipments in April were mainly due to the COVID-19 restrictions in Shanghai, which affected both export and inland transportation as well as customer demand in the Yangtze River Delta region. Looking forward to May shipments, as the COVID-19 restrictions around Shanghai is still being enforced, the monthly volume is expected to remain at current levels.
